She is the Founder of Gloria Ponce de León & Hernández, a pioneer firm in the Mexican legal ecosystem recognized for leveraging Legaltech and agile frameworks to enhance client experience and operational transparency.

She holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from UANL, executive credentials from Yale School of Management and IE Madrid, and holds international certifications as a Legal Project Manager (IILPM) and Legal Process Improvement (LPI) specialist. Her practice bridges the gap between traditional law and business efficiency, making her a key ally for multinational corporations navigating the Mexican market.

Pedro Gloria

Pedro Gloria

Co-founding partner of Gloria Ponce de León & Hernández, where he leads the firm's finance, tax, and transactional practice. He advises domestic and international clients on the financial and fiscal architecture of investing in Mexico — structuring transactions, optimizing tax exposure, and building the cross-border frameworks that give foreign investors certainty as they establish and scale their operations.

He holds a Master's in Corporate Law from the University of Monterrey, with postgraduate studies at the University of Florida — Levin College of Law, Yale School of Management, and Panthéon-Assas Paris II. This international training underpins his ability to translate complex financial and tax matters into clear, commercially grounded strategy. He works in Spanish and English.

Héctor Otero

Héctor Otero

Counsel at GP&H, where he advises domestic and international clients across the financial, corporate, and commercial sectors. His practice spans commercial and corporate law, intellectual property, fintech, regulatory compliance, and complex litigation, with a particular focus on designing legal structures tailored to each client's business needs.

Before joining GP&H, Héctor served as Legal Director of Sinergia Deportiva (Club Tigres de la UANL), where he led the negotiation of commercial, sponsorship, employment, and player-transfer agreements, and managed the club's national and international dispute-resolution strategy. He has also held litigation and judicial-collection roles at leading firms and corporations, including CEMEX México, giving him broad experience across civil, commercial, administrative, tax, and labor matters.

He holds a Law degree and two master's degrees — in Corporate Law and in Private Law with a Business orientation — from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. He works in Spanish and English.

Benito Garza

Benito Garza

Benito Garza serves as Counsel at Gloria Ponce de León & Hernández (GP&H). A Law graduate from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, he brings an outstanding track record of over 20 years of experience as a legal consultant in the private sector. Within his career, one of his most significant challenges was working for one of the top three cement companies worldwide, where he served as the Legal Head for the Southeastern region of Mexico.

His professional practice is deeply specialized in corporate and commercial law, complemented by extensive expertise in internal control, regulatory environments, strategic alliances, and complex litigation. Throughout his career, he has excelled at designing and implementing strategic legal structures strictly aligned with the business objectives of both domestic and international corporations. In the academic field, he taught Civil Law and Amparo (Constitutional Relief) at the Law School of the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
